Phone number for login and visit coordination, name, addresses, booking notes, payment status, and device tokens for notifications.
Before payment: first name and area only. After booking is confirmed: address and notes needed for the visit. Your phone number is never shown to providers.
We keep booking records as required for escrow, tax, and safety. You may request account deletion from Settings; some records may be retained where law requires.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). National ID numbers and identity photos are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Staff access to ID documents is permission-gated and audited.
