Oons connects women clients with vetted women service providers for in-home services in Egypt. Accounts are for women only; we may suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility.
Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is held in escrow until the visit is completed. Cancellation windows and fees are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and shown at checkout.
Treat providers with respect. Do not share contact details to bypass the platform. Misuse, harassment, or fraud may lead to account closure.
Oons facilitates matching and payment. Providers are independent professionals. Disputes follow the in-app dispute window and Oons policies.
